June 2023 Update

We're excited to be back after taking a few months off to take care of some personal matters. Life can suck sometimes, but we are always ready to keep on rockin'.
So, for coming back I was looking at going back for this month's Mixlist and Album of the Month. Going back to a time when I was approaching my teens, discovering new music, and just experiencing growing up in the late 70s and early 80s. A kind of "Back to the Future: if you will. Kiss and Aerosmith were at the top of their game, but their foundations were crumbling. Van Halen came on the scene kicking ass. Meatloaf's "Bat Out of Hell" was all over the place. Ozzy and Black Sabbath were making their comeback and a lot of fantastic music was being written and played. Lynyrd Skynyrd lost members when their plane crashed, but their classic 70s music lives on.

As for the rest of the month, we will have some new album reviews every Wednesday and a few featured articles coming up every other Friday. Also, I am going to look into hosting a Twitter Space this month, so keep your ears to the speakers for that.

Rock on!
